Our movement team brings together a diverse group of practitioners who share a common goal: helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel supportive, empowering, and sustainable. We offer a range of modalities including Pilates, yoga, and somatic-based practice. Each offering is grounded in thoughtful, skilled instruction and a deep respect for individual needs.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase mobility, reduce stress, or process the impact of trauma through the body, our offerings are designed to meet you where you are. From structured, form-focused Pilates sessions to restorative and dynamic yoga classes, to somatic work that supports nervous system regulation and deeper mind-body awareness, our approach is both integrative and accessible.
