Over the years, she has expanded her training to include Trauma-Informed Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Kids Yoga.
Originally from Mexico, Robin is bicultural and fluent in both Spanish and English. She enjoys gardening, exploring the Pacific Northwest with her dog Fénix, attending art events with friends, and continuously learning, sharing, and exchanging knowledge.

Toni is a nationally certified Pilates teacher whose journey began when her very first yoga instructor suggested she try Pilates. Although she had heard of it, she didn’t really know what it was—or even that it was named after a real person. She signed up for a class, and the rest is history.
After just a few months, Toni felt like she had a completely different body—one that moved better and felt better. Pilates gave her the confidence to explore many forms of exercise, helping her train for mountain climbing events, trail races, half marathons, and even an ultramarathon.
Since her first Pilates class in 2010, Toni has studied with instructors trained in both classical and contemporary Pilates. In her teaching, she offers a thoughtful blend of classical foundations and contemporary exploration, helping clients build strength, control, and confidence in their movement.

With more than 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Ida has developed a deep understanding of the human body and its natural need to move, play, and heal. Her work blends yoga, somatic movement, and expansive stretching practices that help release tension, reconnect the mind and body, and support emotional and physical well-being.
Drawing from her background in yoga, movement, and dance, Ida creates welcoming spaces where people can unwind, explore intuitive movement, and reconnect with their bodies in new ways. Her classes encourage curiosity, freedom, and gentle exploration—helping students move with greater ease, awareness, and confidence.

In addition to teaching, Tracey is a mentor Pilates instructor, guiding apprentices and newer instructors as they grow in their practice and develop their teaching skills. She enjoys supporting others on their professional journey and fostering a positive, encouraging learning environment within the Pilates community.

Judy practices and teaches yoga as a practice to deepen self-understanding, acceptance, and compassion. In her classes, students are guided to check-in with their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and to follow the body’s lead. Judy offers classes that explore both functional and intuitive movements and ends each class as a container for deep rest. She completed her yoga teacher training at Elk Rock Yoga and has completed a Dance for All Online Facilitator Training with Arts & Healing Initiative. Judy has practiced various schools of meditation, including a novel approach combining mindfulness with applied theatre and leadership development. Off the mat, Judy is a writer, facilitator, career coach, and conflict resolution trainer. She enjoys running, backpacking, dancing, and working on her manuscript.
