Therapist for young adults, athletes, and individuals navigating reproductive & life transitions
Kaitlyn is passionate about supporting people through life's transitions and the ways those transitions shape our identities, relationships, and connection to our bodies. She has particular interests in young adulthood, perinatal mental health, reproductive health, and working with current and former athletes navigating injury, identity shifts, and changing relationships with movement. Whether you are entering adulthood, navigating relationship changes, exploring reproductive decisions, adjusting to parenthood, or redefining your relationship with movement. Kaitlyn strives to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered.
Her work in reproductive health began in 2019 through sexual health education, advocacy, and community-based birth support in rural Madagascar. Since then, she has expanded that work as a full-spectrum doula supporting clients through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, pregnancy loss, adoption, and other reproductive experiences. Across these roles, she has remained committed to reproductive justice and the belief that access to accurate information, informed consent, and bodily autonomy are fundamental to wellbeing.
Drawing from relational, somatic, and strengths-based approaches. Kaitlyn works alongside clients to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward lives that feel aligned with their values.
