I believe that at various points in our lives, we all encounter challenges that can deeply impact our mental health, sense of stability, and overall well-being. 

Reaching out for support during these moments takes courage, and my goal as a counselor is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported as you navigate your experiences.

My approach to counseling is grounded in the belief that meaningful growth and healing occur through a strong therapeutic relationship, supported by evidence-based interventions such as person-centered and
cognitive behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools that align with their values and goals.

No matter where you are in your journey, I believe everyone has the capacity to show up for themselves in ways that foster restoration, balance, and resilience. My role is to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and compassion while helping you build skills that support sustainable growth and long-term well-being. 

I have a particular interest in working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. Taking the first step toward personal health and wellness can feel daunting, but you do not have to do it alone. I invite you to lean in with curiosity, knowing that you will be met with care, respect, and support every step of the way.
