THE ALIGNMENT COLLECTIVE

Community + Access

Healing doesn't only happen inside a therapy room. TAC creates spaces for connection, learning, and community — and works to reduce barriers so more people can access care.

Community programs

Groups, workshops, and gatherings.

We offer therapeutic groups, community workshops, educational events, and gatherings designed to support connection, learning, and wellbeing. Programs vary by season and availability — reach out or follow us on social media for current offerings.

Therapeutic Groups

Facilitated groups that support healing, connection, and nervous system regulation in a community setting. Groups vary by focus, population, and availability.

Workshops + Education

Community workshops and educational events on mental health, wellness, and related topics. Open to the community and designed to reduce stigma and build knowledge.

Community Gatherings

Informal events and gatherings that bring the TAC community together — because belonging matters, and connection is part of care.

Sponsored Movement Access

We work to create sponsored and scholarship-supported access to therapeutic movement and wellness opportunities for community members facing financial barriers.

Expanding access

Care should reach more people.

We're actively creating more pathways to mental health care, supportive movement, and community through insurance access, sponsored opportunities, scholarships, and community partnerships. We accept multiple commercial insurance plans and VA/community-care pathways. We also offer other payment arrangements where applicable.
