We’re all wired for connection, understanding, and belonging. Yet somewhere along the way, many of us learn to believe we’re not good enough. These messages—often reinforced by sexism, homophobia, ableism, racism, and capitalism—can shape how we see ourselves and how we move through the world. In therapy, we’ll work together to untangle those stories and reconnect you to your inherent worth, power, and joy.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ adults and individuals living with chronic illness, pain, or disabilities, ages 18 to 108. My approach is warm, curious, and deeply collaborative. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’ll always honor your voice and your choices in our work together.

I’ve completed advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the FLASH Technique, which help people heal from trauma in gentle, effective ways. My work is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in authenticity and compassion. I aim to create a space where you can feel fully seen, deeply accepted, and safe to explore the parts of yourself that are ready to heal.
