I’m passionate about working with adolescents, teens, and women in all stages of life, with a special focus on perinatal support. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, maternal loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), ADHD, chronic pain, and life transitions. I am also trained in EMDR.
I believe there’s so much more to a person than the problems they’re facing. My approach draws from a wide range of evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies. I also enjoy incorporating art and meditation into sessions when clients find that helpful.
As a social worker, I believe you know yourself best. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to set direction and goals that align with your values and needs. Feelings of sadness, anger, and anxiety can be overwhelming—we’ll explore these emotions and find ways to help you cope and grow through them.
Our work will also include acknowledging and addressing the systems of oppression that influence your experience, as healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s important to find a path that truly resonates with you.
Let’s connect to see if we might be a good fit. Your feelings and experiences matter, and my role is to help you navigate this journey with warmth, curiosity, and compassion.
